Associate Marketing Manager - BOND Solution

$80,000

Position Summary

The Associate Marketing Manager - BOND Solution will be responsible for owning the development and execution of the commercial marketing strategy for the company's BOND solution.  He/she will also be held accountable for developing and executing the go-to-market plan of new products pertinent to the IHC/ISH staining (BOND-III, BOND MAX) and workflow portfolio (BOND ADVANCE, APIQ, Cerebro).

Major Responsibilities

Marketing Plan and Campaign Development

  • Develop marketing plans, value proposition and positioning by market segment
  • Develop marketing campaigns, tools, and programs to drive demand and increase market share
  • Define content strategy and develop content aligned with the target persona(s) to drive brand preference
  • Work with digital marketing team for campaign execution through appropriate digital channels

Business Development & Strategy

  • Own the go-to-market plan in close collaboration with the global business units (BU) and the regional sales teams
  • Lead Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities as well as track market share
  • Conduct, execute on business strategy activities to include total available market, market share, segmentation, competitive analysis and product positioning
  • Collaborate with the BU on product road mapping, new product development, and product management activities

Required Education, Experience, Skills

Education: BS in Science, Marketing or similar field

Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial marketing, experienced in marketing campaign development.
  • Experience with medical device sales cycles; experience in the tissue diagnostics, medical devices industry a strong plus.
  • Familiar with healthcare IT processes
  • Demonstrated experience in data-driven marketing and analytics
  • Experience working with clinical labs and hospitals
  • Experience in business strategy –market & customer segmentation; competitive product benchmarking, financial analysis (ROI, pricing, scenario analysis)
  • Experience in leveraging digital channels for demand generation

Travel: Up to 30%
