Summary: The Primary function of the Affiliate Marketing Manager is to lead the strategy, development and execution the affiliate program to drive awareness of the company brand and acquisition of new customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and project management skills and have a passion for delivering relevant and personalized customer experiences.
Expectations: The Affiliate Marketing Manager will work closely with 1) Leadership team which will provide overall marketing strategy, 2) Brand Marketing team to ensure functions are aligned with brand standards 3) External Business Partners to deliver relevant customer experiences, 4) Merchandising team to determine products and categories with highest market potential, 5) Business Analytics team to monitor campaign performance and measure return on investment (ROI) and conversion efforts. Key success factors include acquisition of new customers and maintaining monthly revenue targets.
Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business with 3+ years experience managing digital marketing channels and/or affiliate program. Or; an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties of the job as listed above.
