A variety of things can make or break an interview, and few of them have to do with your resume. Interviewing is not a mystical process, but most people simply don't do it enough to be comfortable in the situation. LinkedIn has maintained its status at go-to site for professional networking, but it’s not the only place companies need to focus on when trying to reach top talent – especially the candidates not actively searching for a job.
